Clients are responsible for providing complete project requirements before work begins.
Freelancers agree to deliver services according to the agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Any changes to project requirements should be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Payments for freelance services must be made through the methods provided by Fastorea.
Platform fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before payment.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the nature of the project and platform policies.
Completed and approved work is generally non-refundable.
Fastorea reserves the right to investigate disputes and determine an appropriate resolution where necessary.
Fastorea is not responsible for disputes arising from agreements between clients and freelancers.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
While we strive to provide a reliable marketplace, uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses the platform, or fails to comply with applicable laws.
Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
Users retain ownership of the content and work they create unless otherwise agreed between the client and freelancer.
All Fastorea branding, logos, website content, and platform design remain the intellectual property of Fastorea and may not be copied or used without permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, through the appropriate legal process.
