Fastorea — Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• Domain Registrations, Transfers & Renewals: These are non-refundable, as stated in Fastorea’s Terms & Conditions. (fastorea.com)

• Hosting / VPS / RDP Services: These services may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, per Fastorea’s policies. (fastorea.com)

• Other Products (e.g. Development Service): For “most new, unopened items” (such as products sold on Fastorea’s store), they allow a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

3. Refund Process

• For service-based projects (such as Designing, Development, and related digital services), refund requests are only eligible within 7 days of purchase. All refund cases will be thoroughly reviewed and evaluated based on clear communication, agreed-upon deliverables, and mutual understanding between the Seller and the Buyer.

• For service-based refunds (hosting, VPS, etc.), refunds are only valid if the request is made within 7 days of purchase. 

• There may be exceptions or conditions based on the type of service or product.

4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Services

• Domain-related purchases are explicitly non-refundable. 

• Fastorea may have additional terms for “special” services; always check at the time of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund / Return

1. Contact Support: Reach out to Fastorea’s support via their customer service channels (email, support portal, etc.) to initiate a return or refund.

2. Provide Details: Give your order or service reference, purchase date, reason for return or refund.

3. Refund Confirmation: After inspection, Fastorea should notify you whether your refund is approved, and then process it.

6. Important Notes

• Fastorea’s refund policy for services is quite limited — only a 7-day refund window for hosting/VPS/RDP.

• Because domain services are non-refundable, make sure you’re clear about domain purchases.

• For project-based service returns or refund considerations, clients must maintain clear records of all communications, submitted requirements, and delivered work. These details help verify the progress of the project and ensure a smooth, transparent, and dispute-free resolution between the Seller and the Buyer.
