Cancellation Policy

1. Project-Based Services (Designing, Development, Digital Services)

• Clients may request a project cancellation within 7 days of placing the order.

• Cancellation eligibility will be reviewed based on the project’s current progress, agreed requirements, and the work already completed by the Seller.

• If significant work has already been delivered or major stages are completed, full cancellation may not be possible, and a partial refund may be considered depending on the situation.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels (email, support ticket, or client dashboard).

2. Domain, Hosting, VPS, RDP & Other Digital Infrastructure

• Due to the nature of these services, cancellations are not permitted once the service is activated, provisioned, or registered.

• Domain registrations, hosting setups, and server activations are directly processed with third-party providers and therefore non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3. Custom Orders & Special Requests

• Custom-made services, tailored solutions, or specially requested features cannot be cancelled once development work has started.

• Any cancellation request during execution will be assessed based on progress and resource usage.

4. Communication & Documentation

• Clients must provide all relevant documentation (requirements, communication history, approvals, etc.) when requesting cancellation.

• This ensures a fair and transparent evaluation between both the Seller and the Buyer.

5. Final Decision

• Fastorea reserves the right to approve, decline, or partially process a cancellation request after reviewing project progress, service type, and contractual terms.

• All decisions will be communicated clearly to the client along with the reasoning.
